Hi, I'm Melia Dicker.
As an ADHD coach, I've seen a kind of magic happen when neurodivergent women get together: a feeling that we've known each other for years, a free-flowing conversation without masking, and healing laughter as we normalize our ADHD challenges without shame.
This emotional safety regulates and energizes us, so we can get s--t done together that we struggle with alone. 💪 We see that other smart, creative women share our executive functioning challenges, and we learn new life hacks that hadn't occurred to us.
The Rising Spiral ADHD Women's Group helps make life more doable and fun as we build connections, get unstuck, and celebrate our wins together.
How we make life more doable together
5+ weekly calls to choose from, an online community, and resource bank

Coworking
Monday and Friday body doubling sessions prompt you to set up and review your week so you get the boring but important things done. Connect with your peers, do a quiet work sprint together, then celebrate your wins.

Coaching
Wednesday group coaching and Q&A sessions tackle challenge areas for ADHD women, like perfectionism, overwhelm, organization, and task management. You'll see that your peers struggle with the same roadblocks and hear how they manage them.

Community
Get to know a delightful bunch of ADHD women who can laugh together about the chaos of life. You can engage however you like: post on the community message board, use the tools in the resource bank, or share your experiences on group calls.
Weekly Call Schedule
Pop-up coworking sessions
I'll host pop-up coworking sessions at times in addition to the regular calls. They'll have optional prompts for the tasks we tend to put off, including the creative things we want to do but don't find time for.
Group calls meet on Zoom for 50-60 minutes. Anonymized meeting summary notes will be sent out after each coaching call.
* Important: You're not expected to make all of the calls! * Come when you can, knowing that you'll benefit from this group however you engage with it.
Note that the call schedule may change occasionally to accommodate holidays, illness, and other times when life happens. I'll keep you posted and will have a sub host the calls when possible!

“I’ve stopped ‘shoulding’ on myself, which has freed up a lot of energy. I’m able to get more done with the confidence that not only am I doing the best I can, but I'm doing pretty well.”

Aparna
"The body doubling sessions feel like a safe space to do tasks that I'd usually avoid, like canceling subscriptions, submitting documents, and writing cards to friends."
Why ADHD Women 35+?

Adult women are the fastest growing population to be diagnosed with ADHD. Hormonal changes strain our executive function at a time when life admin demands are high, and we find ourselves overwhelmed and feeling like failures.
Women are expected to do executive functioning tasks with ease, like planning, organizing, and caregiving. We're conditioned to meet others' needs with a smile, when we struggle with emotional regulation and demand burnout ourselves.
Once we understand the strengths and challenges of our neurotype, we can stop trying harder and start trying differently. When we give ourselves permission to do things in neurodivergent-friendly ways, with compassion instead of judgment, those tasks become much more doable.
